Contemporary music concert series “Ludus tonalis” chose the theme for its concert in February and ended up with “Serenada for Drum Set”, inspired by Valentine month and the possibility of an unconventional approach to the drum set. This piece for me is a musical end of a romantic journey that started with “Võrdeline seos” (“Direct Proportionality”), continued with “Illos valts” (“Beautiful Waltz”) and now ends with “Pöördvõrdeline seos” (“Inverse Proportionality”).
